For reference...
Ok, I've kinda hit a wall with this.
No matter what I write as a TWIP it just sounds like a goddam fan-fiction. This really isn't what I want to do.
Hmmm...
With choice being emphasised more in games, from character development and abilities to plot and storyline, this blog will detail my way of playing games.

Upcoming
Just a Short one
As I've finally worked out a way of doing Labels to allow me to link multiple posts together, expect to see less huge blog-posts!
I very recently thrashed my way through Dragon Age and its DLC and expansions, and I've done the research and will not be getting DA2 until GOTY comes out, generally just doesn't look as good as the original, and was designed and marketed towards an audience that didn't buy or care about the original.
A shame, because the later parts of DA:A and the witch hunt DLC seriously suffered from being rushed to get out DA2, so to have sacrificed the quality of a good game for an inferiror one feels a tad... insulting.
ANYWAY. All these things mean that I'm going to be able to start really getting into the nitty gritty of producing posts and potentially videos on how I play, why, etc. I've got a few games lined up, and there's now no real reason why I can't do two or 3 at a time. So expect in the very near future Dragon Age Origins and Fallout 3, as well as others I can think of.
See you all soon.

TeamFortress 2
Now, before I lunge full force into games like Deus Ex, Fallout and Dragon age, where often my characters stats and abilities dictate the personality I play them with, I figured I'd start with a game with no plot.
That's not to say it doesn't posess some form of narrative, and everything to do with the characters design screams "I am this sort of class, I play like this, and therefore my personality is kinda like this", it's just that I don't have any pivotal ability or equipment choices based upon the significant plotpoints or the overarching storyline.

A while
Hi all 0 of my readers.
Well, I just thought I'd inform you that I've been playing multiple games that I feel are all good contenders for a post on this blog. Dragon Age stands out the most, but I think I'll actually do a TWIP on Fallout 3.

The formula
Hi all, second post.
I'm going to go into a bunch of different games in this one, so SPOILERS if you think you might ever play them. I tend to keep fairly generalised but still, it's there. I'm going to tell you a little bit about the formula I take with the games I'll be talking about in this blog. So games with heavy RPG elements, RPG's themselves and anything that involves choice of character, both development and personality, and plot.

First!
Hi all.
This is the first post in what I am tentatively calling "The Way I Play", a blog dedicated to... well, let me try and explain.
